The stack a customer-facing team already uses: Salesforce and HubSpot for the CRM, Jira for tickets, Gmail for follow-ups, and Slack for alerts and approvals. Additional context sources like Gong, Zoom, and PostHog can feed the workflow. The point is to work inside these tools, not to add a ninth dashboard nobody opens.

Reads are broad and writes are deliberately narrow. Mindlyft can read widely across connected tools to understand context, but the write path is scoped: it changes only the specific fields, objects, and channels it is permitted to. That asymmetry is intentional, because a wide read path is safe and a wide write path is how a pipeline gets corrupted.

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the standard Mindlyft uses to coordinate tools. It lets the same execution layer talk to different systems through a consistent interface, so an action can move across CRM, ticketing, and email as one workflow rather than a pile of bespoke connectors. It also keeps each integration's permissions explicit.

Reads and reversible internal writes run on their own, but any write that reaches a customer or changes a system of record, a sent Gmail draft, a Salesforce stage change, is held for a person. The integration is where the approval layer is enforced, and every executed write is logged and reversible.
