Every revenue team hits the same fork
Your leads come in from five places. Your CRM is three weeks stale. A customer asked for security docs on Tuesday's call and nobody sent them. Renewal is in 60 days and nobody has opened the account in a month.
You know this should be automated. So you face two options. Hire a GTM engineer. Or hire an agency.
Both are the wrong answer. There is a third one.
02
Why hiring and agencies both break
Hiring. A good GTM engineer costs $120K to $200K a year. They take three to six months to learn your business. Then they become a single point of failure. When they leave, the Clay tables and n8n flows nobody else understands start rotting.
Agencies. A good agency ships fast. But you rent their engineers forever. The system lives in their heads and their workspaces. Stop paying and it stops working. Ask any founder who cancelled a retainer what happened to their pipeline the next quarter.
Both models sell hours. Neither leaves you with an asset.

Service as a Software
We start like an agency and end like a product.
1. Map. We sit with your team and map the exact workflow that leaks revenue. Not a generic playbook. Yours.
2. Build. Our engineers build it inside your stack: your CRM, your inbox, your Slack, your Jira, your support desk.
3. Run. We operate and maintain it while it proves itself. Every action goes through ASTRA, our execution layer.
4. Hand over. Once the workflow is stable, it runs as software. Your team operates it. We stay on for new workflows, not to babysit old ones.
The service is how we start. The software is what you keep. Every engagement leaves behind a system that works without us. For the longer version of the category, read Service as a Software: we sell the work, not the login.
04
Two missions: Acquire and Expand
Most GTM agencies stop at the signature. They fill your pipeline and leave. But most revenue in a B2B company comes from customers you already have.
Acquire covers website visit to signed contract: inbound routing, lead qualification, signal-based outbound, meeting prep, post-call follow-up, CRM hygiene, proposal and contract handoff.
Expand covers signed contract to renewal and upsell: sales-to-CS handoff, onboarding tasks, support ticket triage, product usage alerts, QBR prep, renewal risk flags, expansion plays.
We run both because the leak is usually at the seam. The promise made on the sales call never reaches the implementation team. The usage spike in the product never reaches the account manager. The stage-by-stage map is in what we engineer, day zero to enterprise.
05
AI prepares. A human approves. ASTRA executes.
We don't sell autonomous agents touching your customers unsupervised. Nobody serious should.
Every customer-facing action ASTRA takes goes through an approval gate. The AI drafts the email, the CRM update, the Jira ticket. Your rep approves or edits in one click. ASTRA executes and logs who approved what, when, and why.
Over time, ASTRA learns your rules: which deals need a manager's sign-off, which discounts need finance, which accounts get white-glove handling. That accumulated memory is the part no agency can hand you, and no new hire walks in with.
06
Why we publish our pricing
Most GTM agencies hide their prices behind a discovery call. We get why. Scope varies, and a call lets them price to your budget.
We think you should know what this costs before you spend 30 minutes with us.
Audit: free. We review 5 recent calls or 1 workflow and show you every dropped commitment.
One mission (Acquire or Expand): from $3,000/month. Up to 3 live workflows, built, run and maintained, ASTRA approval layer, monthly review.
Full lifecycle (Acquire + Expand): from $5,000/month. Up to 6 live workflows across both missions, priority builds.
Enterprise: custom. SSO, data residency, custom integrations, security review.
Three-month minimum, then month to month. Data and sending costs (enrichment credits, email infrastructure) pass through at cost. Everything we build runs in your accounts. If you leave, it stays.

Where this came from
I spent seven years in revenue teams at Freshworks, Adobe Experience Cloud and New Relic, mostly on the post-sale side.
At New Relic, I built an agentic workflow on n8n, Make and Gemini for one account. Support load dropped 30%. Feature adoption rose 45%. The account grew from about $180K to $540K ARR. No new headcount. Just the follow-through that humans kept dropping, done every time.
That became Mindlyft. Our first customer, Bijliride, had leads scattered across sources with no single owner. We mapped the workflow, built it with human approval gates, and it now runs as software.

Find your leak first
Send us 5 recent sales or customer calls. Redacted transcripts are fine. Within a week, we send back every commitment your team made and whether it got done: the security doc, the Jira ticket, the pricing follow-up, the CRM update.
No deck. No demo. Just the list. If it's short, you don't need us.

FAQ
What is Service as a Software in GTM engineering?
It is a delivery model that starts like an agency and ends like a product. The team maps a revenue workflow, builds it inside your own CRM, inbox, Slack and support desk, runs it while it proves itself, then hands it over as software your team operates.
How is it different from a GTM agency retainer?
An agency retainer rents engineers, and the system usually lives in the agency's workspaces, so it stops when you stop paying. Service as a Software builds everything in your accounts, so the workflow keeps running if you leave.
Do AI agents act on customers without approval?
No. Every customer-facing action is drafted by AI, approved or edited by a person, then executed by ASTRA, which logs who approved what, when, and why.
